This mobile platform is to provide a channel for all parties involved in a Homeowners Association (HOA) project to communicate timely, effectively, and clearly.
Homeowners can view project information such as notice, project schedule, contact info for the project as well as submitting info such as punch list.
Board members & Manager can view project information such as Notice, Weekly Update, Monthly Update, Change Order, Project Schedule, Project Team Contact and submit Punch List.
Contractor for the project can view Invoice status, Specifications, Addendums, Request For Information, Change Order, As Built, as well as submit Project Photos, and Request For Change.
The goal for the DLCCM App is to be able to provide all parties involved up to date information in the cloud, where you can access the information anywhere anytime.
